We had a wonderful afternoon and evening with the Zolls on Christmas Eve. The kids had a blast playing with one another and we enjoyed being able to have some adult conversation. Melissa and Brian were excellent hosts and we also enjoyed the company of Brian's brother, Dave. It was a great time all around.
Santa's House in Midland is Rhonda's favorite Santa spot. She and Tom have taken Max and Otto to see Santa the past couple years and this year Jonathan, Lucy, and I tagged along too. And we were glad we did! It was pretty awesome. We all had a great time. Lucy especially liked seeing Santa. She was so cute with excitement. She was a joy to watch.
We drove up to Midland to have the Santa House experience. Before we went to see Santa we had dinner at Pizza Sam's. Tom and Rhonda have taken the boys to Pizza Sam's before their Santa adventures in the past. We enjoyed doing the same with them this year.
Max received the prestigious honor of Student of the Month this past November! Woot woot!! We took him out for pizza to celebrate. His teacher has also told us in the past what a leader Maxwell is in the classroom. Jonathan and I are so proud of him!
I had a wonderful visit with some of my nearest and dearest. Sara was in town for a lil visit and we managed to all get together at my place. It was a great reunion of some of my best friends.
